went to an aunt's place for dinner. had an unexpected passenger for the ride back.

i immediately started droning on bout how good the mini is.
the immaculate style, the unbelievable power, the instant response.
first off i assured him i love the mini cuz of the attributes above, not the speed. kept drilling it into his head that the mini offers the best in everything possible, that it exceeds every other car in my family. of cos, i backed up all the theory crap with the practical, showing him that the mini is indeed well able to perform as claimed.
at the last stretch of highway before the designated exit, i asked him if he wanted to feel the rush of power. to my surprise, he agreed. so, at 80km/h in sixth gear, i whacked it, expecting the car to downshift itself to fifth to deliver more power.
whaddaya know, it dropped THREE gears n really took off. totally insane.
never expected to experience this of all things with this man. by the time we reached the exit, both of us were grinning like real idiots.
next i asked him if he wanted to see the mini's response. again he agreed, so i thought wat the hell, n took him to s-dam. he was really impressed with it by the time we reached said location. on the way back i went a little faster, n he was even more amazed at it...
