saw this little buddy outside teetoo's place a few hours ago. he's never seen one before. told him wat i did to one way back when i was in the states...

flashback
went there to witness my aunt's marriage. was out hiking with my sis when we found millions of them. seeing them for the first time, we raced back to my aunt's place to grab some salt. we wanted to see if they'd really melt.
well...
so we went back to the woods with a cup of salt, selected our subject, n tested out the myth.
the bloody thing disintegrated man!!! me n my sister were, like, whoaaaaaaa.......
勁爆!!!
but then pangs of guilt assaulted us as we looked on.
still feel bad now when i think bout it, but then i guess sometimes people just wanna see for themselves if all the myths r really true.
but still wasn't really keen on witnessing this one's demise. better than flaming it, though, cuz at least u can save it from salt, i think.
we decided to save the little guy in the end. poured some water on it, washed off the salt, n flicked it off onto the grass.
hope it survives.
funfact: when left alone, it's really soft n, er, sluggy. when disturbed, however, it goes into stone mode, flattening itself n getting really hard.

1st pinch: subject displayed no visible change in mood or disposition.
2nd pinch: subject still carrying on on its merry way.
me(looking at sis): oei, 騙人的! 沒有 melt leh!
sis: 放多一點...
me: ok...
